I offer two different class types, Tantric Hatha and Yin. One more dynamic and activating, the other more grounding and introspective. Together, they offer a balance between strength and stillness, effort and surrender.
You’ll be guided through a series of either engaging or restorative postures, with deep attention to breath, body awareness, and inner presence. Each class ends in deep rest with Savasana, and always includes breathwork, body scanning, or guided meditation.

Step into a gentle, nurturing space where women come together in presence, softness, and authenticity. Rooted in ancient tradition, the women's circle is a sacred ritual, a place where stories are shared, hearts are opened, and feminine wisdom is remembered. Here, we honor the strength in vulnerability and the magic in simply being.
During this gathering, you’ll be guided through:
Soothing yoga to connect with your body and breath
Journaling prompts to awaken your inner voice and intuition
A sharing circle, where you’re invited to speak from the heart and be witnessed without judgment
Nourishing snacks and tea, offered with love and intention
This is a space for imagination, softness, and deep listening, both to yourself and to each other. Come exactly as you are. You are welcome, held, and celebrated.

Workshops offer the chance to dive deeper into specific themes of yoga and personal growth. With more time and focus than a regular class, each workshop creates space to explore, learn, and practice in a supportive setting. It is an opportunity to expand knowledge, nurture well-being, and bring new inspiration into daily life.
The price depends on the kind of workshop and will be informed along with the event.
